Italix is in the business of providing precision thin metal parts. Our primary service is Chemical Milling; some times referred to as Photoetching, Chemical Machining, Phototchemical Machining or PCM.
Chemical Machining results in no burrs, no stress to the metal, no changes to the magnetic properties, no tool wear and the ability to hold tight tolerances.
Besides etching we offer many secondary operations such as precision forming, heat-treating, plating, clean room packaging and more. This allows orders to be shipped complete to print.
